"I find the system easy to use and an excellent helpline"

I find the system easy to use and any information I need is readily available for me to download and to put into our company format. I have had access to HR Inform now for 6 months and I have used the help line 4 times. The advice has been very good, there are knowledgeable people on the call who can provide advice on some difficult situations. I use this platform in addition to my CIPD membership and I feel I am receiving a good service and value for money.

"Only giving 1 star because I cannot give 0"

Only giving 1 star because I cannot give 0. i joined through CIPD - Using for nearly 12 months and the service has only gotten worse. Takes ages to find my account when I phone. If I'm put through to Peninsula they won't deal with me at all because none of my credentials match. It is not a 24/7 service because there is rarely anyone available when you phone. If you request a call back they never call you back. If someone is available it is usually for absolute basic queries only. The info in the templates on their website is not reliable. I highlighted errors on their forms to them - no changes made, so anyone relying on these forms will end up in trouble down the line - one in particular was the changes to the statutory sick leave entitlement - wrong number of days for 2023, 2024 was included in the template - unsure if this was ever updated

"Poor customer service and very unprofessional "

I cancelled my annual subscription and received a confirmation that it would be cancelled in due time when the contract expired. Unfortunately, they still renewed it automatically and took my monthly payments. When I tried to get my refund, they made it very difficult and though it’s an affiliate of CIPD, you can simply get the same info from other sources for free or otherwise there are other providers who can provide better service and content than this company. Do not subscribe to this company unless you want to be scammed.

"Stay Away !!! This is really bad service"

Update: 06.12.2023: the CIPD HR-Inform team contacted me and they put me on a shorter period contact and they did apologize for ignoring my emails and for the miscommunication. Which was fine as I only wanted to resolve my issue. Thus I changed the rating to 3 stars.

This is really bad service. I asked them to cancel my services and happy to pay any outstanding fees to break the contract prior to end date and based on their terms and conditions this is allowed but they are ignoring me. Dont use them please stay away from them
