I would also give 0 stars if I could. I was told in September last year I could contact them in May 2023 to cancel my contract finally - but now I have contacted them, and they're going back on their word and saying they don't allow early cancellation. The service isn't worth the money, and the advisors on the phone are not helpful, I have found better success with calling ACAS which is free. Don't bother signing up, you will regret it, and the customer service is awful

"Shocking service"
Shocking service. I started a free trial for the service which gave me 1-month of access to try the platform, I decided it wasn't of use and emailed giving more than 2 weeks' notice before the trial was to end.
Only to receive invoices monthly asking to pay £60 for the month. I have received no reply, I have called and emailed multiple times and still have not spoken to anyone.
Not a single person from the company has called or emailed me as a courtesy.

If I could give them zero I would. We are a very small company and decided that as I haven't used it in 2 months it's not something we require as a business. I have been trying to cancel this but my emails are ignored. Ive been told that it's a yearly subscription and can cancel after a year.....ummm nope your terms state cancellation is possible after the cooling off period which is why a decided to give you ago. Oh do I regret it. A woman phoned me the last week I explained why I wanted to cancel said she would speak to the person who had answered the first couple of emails, unprofessionally I might add, I've never heard back. This morning I find they have taken another payment..... I have spoken to my solicitor who says they are breaking their terms as I have not used their service for months. Stay away do NOT use totally in it for the money with no customer service and those that do email you need a lesson in customer communication. It's over priced and very poor service.

I have been enrolled on the 5 years plan and I absolutely love all the resources available here. I understand that XPertHR has more resources, but I have found everything I needed here as an HR Director of a medium-sized company.

"BEWARE - Rolling 12 month contract if you don't cancel at least 30 before your contract ends"
I have been with HR-Inform since 2019. It's okay. I've not used it as a trusted resource because l have noticed mistakes in the HR documents. I predominately use it for salary benchmarking which has been good value for what you get. I don't know how often it is refreshed and it isn't up to date with the tech industry so don't expect too much here. It's good on the traditional roles. This was the reason why l wanted to cancel my contract and where my bad review stems from. My complaint is with the contract you sign up to. If you don't cancel 30 days before the end of your contract you are automatically put into another 12 month contract. I've discovered this the hard way when l emailed to cancel in July. I found out that l'm trapped until April of next year. It feels so dishonest and has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I feel stolen from and entrapped. This is not the way to do business. Beware!
