"Misleading Advertising. Poor Customer Service"
Paid initial loan off early. Week or 2 later applied again as the advertising states "Now we know each other next time you want a loan all you have to do is text “NEED” followed by the amount you want to borrow to 07860 020302, and within minutes you’ll have your money in your account with the due date set to your next pay day." They even send you out an "APPROVED" message saying funds will be credited within 2 hours. A day later I called to find out this was all untrue and I had been denied.
Trying to explain the misleading advertising was met with hideous attitude, being spoken over and not being allowed to speak.
Also, all I could hear was staff making fun of applicants they had on hold in the background.
Hideously unprofessional and not worth the effort.
Accepted elswhere in less than 15 mins...
