Frustrating that the website gave an estimated delivery time of up to 10 days but when chasing the order I was told it was not in stock and wouldn’t be with me for another few weeks. I would have purchased elsewhere had I known. However, customer service was friendly quick to respond and the item was lovely when it arrived.

Daisy and Francesca went above and beyond! Customer service taken to a whole new level which puts Six The Residence head and shoulders above the rest. They were both absolutely lovely - genuine, proactive and truly helpful with anything I needed, so I couldn’t have asked for more.
Plus I’m over the moon with the chair I’ve ordered which is gorgeous quality and like nothing else I’ve seen… a wonderful experience all round!

Update: After we complained, the founder called us, recognized the issue, apologized, and offered a refund. We've just received our new bed, and it's perfect (although not Ottoman anymore). I'm therefore updating my review from 1 star to 4.
[Initial review: We received a broken bed. Six The Residence acknowledged the problem. However, two months and a half later, they still haven't replaced it.]

"Terrible customer servic"
Although the products are nice, service provided has been terrible.
After ordering 4 different items, we were told we had to wait an indefinite amount of time as some of the items were not yet produced.
3 months later we are told our items are dispatched for delivery with extremely little notice. Upon delivery we notice only half the order has been delivered and some of the items delivered were wrong.
After chasing on our end, no reach out from six the residence themselves, we are told we need to wait another month and a half for the missing pieces and another 2 months to fix the item that has been wrongly delivered.
Close to 6 months to get a desk figured out with extreme lack of communication is extremely disappointing. and to be honest there are other companies offering much better services.
