"Incorrect website price -wanted to overcharge"

On 12/16 I was looking for flights from Syracuse ny to Nashville tn. I found great prices on FareCorner so I booked the flight. Then I got an email to contact them. They wanted an extra $140 for each ticket because the website supposedly was incorrect. They wouldnt honor the website price so I had to cancel the flight.

To say I was skeptical would be an understatement! So skeptical that I waited to write this review until after we had returned home. (Always fearing “there will be a catch” and “if it’s too good to be true, it probably is!”The price for my flights were around half of what the Delta site was quoting for the same trip. Sure we had to upgrade costing another $100 or so but we were still saving almost $600/ticket! I worked with Rose on the phone and she was great! I will use Farecorner.com again!

Well why did I pay more than $200 to sit in the main cabin area versus the standard economy and now I'm sitting in the back of the plane not even in the main cabin for both my flights. Paris Jackson stated that it was a full flight both ways so I needed 2 seats in main cabin and all my seats are back of the plane,I don't understand and probably this was just for a travel agency fee

Real people always answer the phone and they are very helpful! I've spoke to numerous people at Farecorner and they have all been professional, kind, and helpful. Their prices are so much cheaper than Delta's website or anyone else's. Highly recommend them!

The experience booking ticket was fine. I received a phone call that they overbooked our plane, but they would upgrade us at no cost due to their error. I will write another review AFTER the trip. This is the first time using Farecorner. Hopefully all will go well.

Farecorner did an excellent job finding flights for us that fit our needs. They were on top of things when our original reservations had been cancelled by the airlines as they discontinued the flight. Farecorner contacted us by phone with relatively the same flights for us with a different airline. We are very pleased.

I booked a flight last year in December 2021 for my daughter and myself. Unfortunately, my daughter just before the trip was Covid positive.
I had hard time to have her ecredit with a decent amount.
For 3 weeks she is desperately trying to book a fight, but Farcornere just keep lying to her. Nothing was sent to Delta. We do not have any case number or e credit file or anything to help us book her flight. Delta Airline never heard about her name or case.
This company is the worst ever!!! Check were you put your money. Never do any travel with them because they are thieves!!! Never trust them!!
Please never trust this company or book anything with them.....
