Westernbikeworks was great -- the UPS experience was dismal. UPS delayed the shipment with redelivery dates that were during a time I was out of town, then wanted me to pay to have the package redelivered on a date when I was home. I ended up having the package delivered to a neighbor, but even that was difficult with the UPS delivery driver. He initially tried to deliver the package to my address instead of my neighbor's (despite having filled out a "deliver to neighbor" form twice) -- told my neighbor that she could not sign for the packages. When she insisted that she had been authorized, he finally agreed to have her sign for the packages but wanted her to carry them from my house to hers. She insisted that he deliver them to her address for her to sign for them, which he grudgingly did. Overall, the only problem with this order was UPS.
