We all know the website is fantastic, but the brick & mortar definitely deserves a notion. I’m fortunate to live relatively close, so I can pick up online orders any day I like. The people who work here are (first and foremost) genuine bike folks, so expect knowledgeable answers to your questions. It’s an added bonus that they’re always incredibly friendly and attentive. I am always greeted by name, and always tactfully given answers to my incessant questions. The store has such a massive inventory it’s hard not to ask them! The two that work here during the weekdays / Saturday are such a pleasure to work with. Kudos to the management. I’ve been shopping with them for almost 15yrs, and certainly miss the Tigard and NW stores. However this shop does the best possible job representing WBW physically today.
