"Full Bloom Light - Excellent Company"

I have the Full Bloom Light and bought it in 2021. It stopped working ages ago but I only recently contacted the company to ask if they would know how I could fix. A couple of email exchanges and a new adapter arrived super quick and it’s now working. Excellent customer service. No quibbling whatsoever and I love my light.

We ordered a custom neon light for our wedding, and every step of the process was so easy with this company. The initial communication was so speedy and friendly, and extremely knowledgable. Everyone we had contact with was lovely. Our sign arrived super quickly and really well packaged. We realised the dimmer switch we had also purchased was missing from the box, but as soon as we got in touch the team apologised and sent one straight to us. The light looked amazing at our wedding and was a great photo prop as well as background for our band. It’s now up in our living room, and with the dimmer can be beautiful background lighting. This was an expensive purchase for us but I wouldn’t hesitate to say it was absolutely worth the cost.

"Great small company"

Amazing company, so helpful. I contacted bag and bones with a query re personalising some neon. I received a prompt, helpful response from Bianca. I did as advised and the personalisation was so quick and easy. Once my order was submitted Bianca re confirmed my order and showed me how my order would look, giving me 2 options for the lay out. This was a great help to me and I can’t thank bag and bones enough for their obvious care and professionalism. GREAT COMPANY, I will shop with bag and bones again.

From start to finish the team at Bag & Bones went above and beyond. The product is exactly what I ordered and came really quickly. No request was too big, the customer service was amazing, everyone was so friendly. Couldn't recommend them more.

"Customised neon sign"

I recently ordered a customised neon sign from Bag and Bones and have to say the sign and the service from start to finish was amazing 😊 They came back to me with a design really fast and altered it (as I felt it was too big) within a few hours. It was designed and dispatched in just over a week. Elsa was fab and responded to all my emails instantly. I would highly recommend them 🤩

When our light that we ordered 2 years ago started to flicker, the team at Bag&Bones were very quick to respond, offering to send a part free of charge. Issue was fully resolved within a week. Wonderful and friendly customer service!

Amazing product. amazing customer service.

A year after purchasing my dachshund wall light it weirdly stopped working. I reached out via Instagram and spoke to a lovely representative who helped me to troubleshoot the issue. We quickly figured out that the dimmer cable was faulty. Straight away they offered to send out a dimmer replacement kit and checked up to make sure I’d received it and tested it out. My light now works again and is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!
