"Poor service. I do not recommend."

I have rent a high class car will full insurance and the day before returning the car, I had a problem with the car and the same has to be towed. They did not provide a replacement car for the remaining rental period and thus I had to use a taxi for that day and day after, supporting myself all expenses. They not only not refund me the last day, as they wanted to charge me for the car repair, despite I have full insurance cover.

Car was new and in perfect condition. It was a pleasure to travel. One thing i would improve is renting process...it definitely takes to long...it should be easier/better to do all bureaucracy online, however the contact person was really helpfull, professional and friendly and I would recommend you for others! Thanks!
