THIS IS THE WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY EVER !!!

We had to pay a deposit of €2000,- for a car rental. In principal that was not the problem, but after two months we still did not receive back our deposit. If you call nobody is available, if you e-mail you get almost no answers. Now we have to seek legal assistance to get our money back. Be smarter:

"Worst experience ever"

Worst experience ever. The day we got the car, the guy was way too late. We’ve rented the car for 3 days. The day we needed to give the car back, we waited for somebody to pick it up for ONE hour. Nobody came, nobody picked up the phone. After another 2 days they finally came to pick up the car but were not able to give my diposit of €100 back ‘due to technology issue’. We are one month further and I still did not get MY money back. You can barely reach them. Always the same answer that they are working on it. Never renting a car with them again and getting in touch with my lawyer because this is criminal.

Tutto andato benissimo ,consegna rapido presso nostro hotel Tui Blue Cala Tarida.La signora chi si é occupata per nostro contratto é stata gentilissima e sempre puntuale.Ci ha spiegato profondamente dell’conttatto.Abbiamo ricevuto un Jeep a buonissimi condizioni.La riconsegna presso aeroporto andato veloce,poi subito ci hanno portato all aeroporto con shuttle di loro ufficio.Servizio eccelente!Grazie

Fatal experiencia!! 1 mes después de devolver el coche, y al reclamar la garantía se nos informa de un supuesto raspón! Sorpresa total, sean muy precavidos porque es una ESTAFA a todas luces

"Rented a nice Peugeot for 4 days but…"

Rented a nice Peugeot for 4 days but was told my 100 euro deposit I paid would return the day after the car was returned however it’s now been 4 days and nothing has been returned. I have tried contacting class but no answer or return emails, bad customer care and misleading information given.
