Nu voor 2e keer bij class rent a car gehuurd op ibiza. Ervaring is fantastisch. Goede auto voor een prima prijs. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en de service is top. In september gaan we weer naar ibiza en gaan zeker hier weer ween wagen huren voor 8 dagen. Zie jullie snel adios......gr michel

"Fine car rental"

According to the website, Class has a full-full fuel policy, which would have been my preference. In practise, you get the car with whatever amount of gasoline is left in the tank and you can return it with the same amount. The first car I received, a BMW X1 with only 1.617 KM on the odometer, displayed a warning message about the battery needing replacement. My first question about this was answered with: "that's normal, it's a new car." But after a first 20 minutes drive I decided to return it and exchanged it for another rather young car, a Jeep Avenger, the car type I originally booked. A nice car to drive around with on Ibiza island. Thanks Class.

"El 20.04.24 alquilamos y pagamos el…"

El 20.04.24 alquilamos y pagamos el alquiler de un coche para cinco días en el hotel Occidental de Ibiza a través del Inserso y con la representante de Class que hizo todos los trámites para dos días después. Al ir a recogerlo nos dice la representante de Class que se han quedado sin coches y no hay ninguno disponible. Como solución dice que nos devuelve el dinero pagado (todo un detalle) y nos remite a otra empresa de alquiler cercana. UNA VERGÜENZA DE EMPRESA, especializada en estropear vacaciones.
