Leider grenzen die Geschäftsgebahren an Abzocke. Für Senden einer Email bzgl. eines Strafzettels wurden mir 45 Euro von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl ich dies nicht genehmigt hatte. Man nahm einfach die Wochen zuvor für die Kaution reservierte Summe auf der Kreditkarte, die laut AGB aber bei Rückgabe des Autos wieder freigegeben werden sollte. Ich muss die Summe mühevoll bei Visa rückbuchen lassen, weil sie in meinen Augen nicht authorosiert ist. Wohl gemerkt, es handelt sich bei den 45 Euro nicht um den Strafzettel, der wurde mir vom Verkehrsamt zugeschickt. Die Summe wurde für das Zusenden einer Email berechnet.
