"Impressive customer service"

I was impressed with customer service. We walked through a number of initial small issues. I found a fantastic number and was enthralled by reaction to my needs by the service team.

We've been using these for a while now and the customer service you get from the various teams there (sales, admin, billing etc.) has always been excellent - happy to recommend.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as there is sometimes a slight (.5 sec) time lag on the IP calls which can be annoying.
