"LIARS & SCAMMERS - don't trust anything they tell you - it's a bait and switch. "
I've been scammed. I've been hounded since 2022 - $795.oo paid to purchase the original Vacation plan from a different company, for 5 trips during Covid. (all sounded great, they were nice) They knew I had just had surgery and could not travel for at least one year, then I had my knee replaced. They were aware, and said it's a lifetime deal. No worries. Now the calls are threatening,Screaming, calling me names, saying the original co lied to me, it's not forever, that they sold off, I've probley had 100 different companies call threatening me if I don't pay NOW for the resort fees I will lose this package. OK, I just paid it - under pressure - The package they sent me AFTER I paid was not what I was told I was getting. Now I owe even more to use it. They wanted another $799 - no way, I keep seeing the same 6 places to go, Not the "Go Anywhere" Stay Anywhere... what a load of BS. The few hotels they show are ancient and not nice at all. I also paid for lifetime insurance $150- that covered all the Resort fees, any flight or trip cancellations, changes etc. They threw in a dinner and a show, - I looked, theres one show... a tribute to Prince, tickets start at $78 - no way. Dinner is a coupon you get a percentage off. These are free to anyone. Whose doing who a favor. These are over priced with so many stipulations you will be fined $500! More threats. Now I need to pay Reservation Fees(for what?), The resort fees are for using the pool, using the room and getting a bottle of water... some are almost $100 per day!! Daily taxes totaling $359.00 for 1 trip, and $50 reservation fee just to call them! YOU ARE DOING THEM A FAVOR! You are paying for everything and getting terrible service. Dates are NOT available. Airfare is Up to $350 max. I got screwed - and so will you. Once they hook you they treat you terribly. Don't fall for it. It's a scam where you pay for free crap. I'm $1400. into this and it gets worse. They didn't list half of what I was to get... 3 $100 Visa Cards, 1 $100 Dinner card, A show and Dinner... Said I had all inclusive and air, on one trip, not listed on the final, Said I would owe nothing more except tax. Said she paid $26 on her last Fl trip. Said I could take up to 4 people, 1& 2 bdrms, the paperwork says 2 adults, 2 children... I don't have children, they are grown, I'd rather take friends or adult family members - the people portion disappeared too. You can get great deals on line, but not here. This is a rip off. They won't let me cancel! It says I have 13 days - they're saying "I agreed to opt out of the Refund portion"! No one would do that!! You'd be crazy. Just call any reservationist and ask for their deals and where, and cost, have them send you the details before you pay anything. The normal places treat you good and want your return business. They're telling me I opted for a No Cancel Policy. That is a flat out lie! I would never do that.
That was never mentioned, it's all lies. They are crappy trips you'd normally get free for attending a property sales promo!! Lies, Scammers, don't do it. I should know better. So upset!! The people writing reviews have to be the employees, so many sound the same. Those who might be legit have not taken a trip yet! Those poor souls don's
t realize they are screwed. And you will be too. I've turned them in, BBB, FBI... Google scams and all the places to contact are there. :( I have nothing good to say about this company. They should be shut down!!

"This company is a SCAM"
This company is a SCAM. They will NOT issue you a refund UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We were not aware that you have to attend a 90-minute presentation in order to get the $99 special rate. They don't tell you this till after you give them your credit card information. Immediately upon noticing they are a travel club I contacted customer service and left a message explaining the mistake. I got a call back from a young, immature and unprofessional girl who was very rude, and they bully you into having to attend the presentation. No refund, only an E-Credit. She ended up hanging up on me. How unprofessional. She needs to be trained on better etiquette.
Buyer beware! You will NEVER get your money back even if you call within 24 hours of booking. I would think they would be more accommodating and want people to attend instead of forcing them to sit through a 90-minute presentation that you are not interested in attending.

"Vacations offer is the worst online…"
Vacations offer is the worst online discounted need website I have ever came across I have done multiple tours with other websites and offer companies from resorts to etc and have never dealt with the type of customer service I have that will with this company I would never ever book this company ever again And I hope that people rate this company as I do because I know I cannot speak anymore and I don't write companies at all but I'm doing this one because this is the worst experience
