"100% Scam"
100% Scam! They say you get a free stay but when you go to book your hotel you have to pay market rates for that hotel. It's cheaper just to book online and get a deal. All lies!!!! They said my refund will be 5-7 days but it's been 2 weeks and still haven't refunded me. Stay Awayyyyyyyy!!!!!!! Big SCAM!!!!!!!!

You can file a complaint with Cedar City Police department, US Department of Commerce, US Department of Transportation.
Vacationoffer.com is an absolute SCAM. DO NOT give them your credit card information. They lure you in with excellent offers too good to be true. They take your information your credit card information. Then when you want to complete the transaction, they say you have to come to a 90 minute presentation And you must accept and when you accept in the details, it says if you do not qualify, we will charge you $500. I try to call them back after they put me on hold for a long time. They told me that they cannot refund and they can only give me an E credit which is going to be putting me in the same situation.
so my only option is to dispute it and then Small Claim Court which I will do.
again it’s a scam company. Do not give them your credit card information.

Everything dirty, employees rude, blood on bed skirt, refrigerator door broken, no battery hanging off wall with no battery. One towel each. No wash cloth , no ice, bucket. Awful night and we left early next morning.
