"Requested a full refund the day after purchase"
I requested a full refund less than 24 hours after I booked. The information the sales rep I spoke with on the phone gave me was not 100% accurate to the information outlined in the confirmation e-mail I received (for example, the sales rep told me my purchase was nonrefundable but the confirmation e-mail says it is refundable within 13 days of purchase). She also told me my package was for Orlando only. She never mentioned other resort destinations were options I could also consider. I started to see the red flags in the inconsistency of information provided, and I decided it wasn’t worth the risk of my money to a company that couldn’t get their facts straight. I’d rather book with a company that I know for a fact will tell me EXACTLY what I am paying for and play it safe.

There can be some improvements in the initial introduction. When I arrived the agents were speaking Spanish with each other before and during my sign. I think snacks should be provided to the customers while in the waiting area. The young man the did my tour was awesome, very personable and informative. Everyone after him became sales agents. Even though I was unable to purchase at that time, someone should have accompanied me back to my starting point.

I feel as though I should be refunded every penny I spent for the poor accommodations that were provided.
I had to pay an additional $291 to upgrade from the 2 hotels which where offered, due to comments and reviews that said “don’t stop. Keep going”, to roaches & bedbugs!!!
The upgrade I paid for was a joke, as well. NO ELEVATOR!!!! We had to drag our things up the stairs to get to a room that was outdated and had a view of a closed pool and a back wall
I paid $319 originally then the $291.
The gifts that were offered were a joke.
Everything had to be done online which will probably never come or you can’t use it anywhere.
Needless to say, trying to carry luggage downstairs in the rain to an open parking lot (not a parking garage) wasn’t easy, especially for a 70 yr old lady.
This total experience was unacceptable.
I, regretfully request a refund for expenses incurred.
