The presentation was timely. We were done in less than 2 hours. We were not pressured to purchase anything. Our representative was from London and was charming. Our presenter was Amy and she was funny, upbeat, and quick.

"VacationOffer is a scam"

VacationOffer is a scam. We booked 3 nights at Lexor (4 stars hotel) through them, paid the reservation. The next day VacationOffer called us and informed us that the room at Lexor is not available but if we really want the room at Lexor we need to paid them another $250, otherwise they can relocate us to a nearby 3 stars hotels. We refused to pay more neither go to a 3 stars hotel. They refused to refund us our money. Be very careful with this company. They are crook and master in extorting innocent people money. This is an unethical company.

"First impression"

My friend purchased this package...but I am the one who did the reservation...the customer service rep..was professional...but she did not know the reviews on the certain hotels she was offering us..and I feel that they should know this...so I had to check out reviews myself..and of course had to pick the higher cost one...and I didnt not realize that there was a presentation that needed to be made..and my friend is 80yrs old..so she can't go...so I have too...but I was told that this is a sales matter...but they did offer to call me back...when it was more convenient for me...because i had to refer certain things to my friend Heather...who purchased the package...and another thing we were told the presentation is at another place not in hotel and we were responsible to find a ride there and back...I think that VO should pay for our ride...

The man giving the presentation was awesome. The offer was reasonable, I just couldn’t commit to it but the flow of everything was definitely nice and interesting. I was very interested in everything!!

"The worst experience in travel"

This was my worst travel experience. This website promises you a deal on your flight, but then they force you to attend a presentation, where you waste 1h30 while they try to sell you travel packages all the time. The staff is robotic, everyone is giving the same speech as the agency owner. If, for some reason, you miss the presentation or are late, they are super arrogant and ignorant, and they charge you $300 for it.
If it serves as advice: before accepting the "promotion" on this site, do some research on booking, trivago, and Expedia, they don't have any "tricks" and if you are married and are going to travel without your spouse, don't buy from this site, because if your spouse doesn't attend this presentation with you, not only will they not let you in, they will treat you with disdain and charge you $300.
