"Where is my post confirmation?"

Two weeks ago, I have signed up my bills to this company and nothing.
When I asked for help, I was told to upload my documents. No post has come.

I was to have a gas meter transfer, and I am still using pay as you go. This morning, I have no hot water to use for a shower. I am still waiting for my broadband to be sorted.

This is the third time I have had my gas run out and no hot water. I shouldn't happen.
