I always research prices online for whatever I want to do and then check with them. They have always met whatever price I could find (and often can add a bene), and then I've received rebates of what I paid once the trip is final. They have always responded within 24 hours to any inquiry and if the travel agent I've worked for is out of the office someone else has covered for them. They're great to work with.
