I encountered a problem online with changing my subscription. I emailed the company who responded immediately and dealt with the issue straight away, superb customer service.

The products that the company produces are of exceptionally high quality and I have noticed a marked improvement from their use.
I don't like subscriptions so am happy to pay more to not subscribe but several times now the company has taken money from my bank account. Until now I have just sucked it up but this time I contacted customer service.

When you try to cancel your subscription, the word ‘processing’ keeps appearing endlessly, preventing you from unsubscribing. Their product also seems ineffective
