Delivered our dishwasher to our work address as we live outside M25. All went smoothly and delivered within time slot selected by ourselves . Could’ve done with a confirmation order email but other than that , very good service .

Order was cancelled by yourselves, so I'm guessing it was not in stock but wasn't told this. As I paid via PayPal the money still went out and the refund is still pending after a week... I have since found another exactly the same which has arrived and been fitted.

I ordered a new washing machine and was given a delivery date for two days later, with a 3 hour time-slot. The following morning I received a phone call to ask if it would be convenient for the washing machine to be delivered later that afternoon. The delivery driver phoned me 3/4 hour before their arrival with an exact arrival time.
Removal of the old machine and packaging, and fitting of the new machine was completed efficiently and to a high standard.
I will use this company again.

Having discovered my washubg machine is broken beyond repair, I ordered a new washing machine and it was delivered and installed on the next day, within the agreed time slot. The engineers did a test run of the machine and answered all my questions. It all lasted below 30 min and I'm very happy with the service

In the past we have always had really good service from ApplianceCentre. However this time the repair team admin forgot to show the repairer my email and then forgot to contact us and after a week of us leaving messages by phone and email, they said they could order a spare part after we paid, but they forgot to send us the invoice. We paid immediately and after another week of chasing we finally found out that the machine was not worth repairing. Once we knew this, the sales department was very good and efficient, thank you!
