Placed order for 2x bazooka goals (5ftx3ft size, yellow) on Tuesday. These arrived today, 2 days later.

The goals look amazing, can't wait to get them in use this coming weekend.

I have ordered a Referee's kit but unfortunately they didn't have the shorts in stock. However they contacted me via email to inform me about it. Although, this time I couldn't get what I wanted I would say they were proactive and they informed me about the shorts not being stocked. I give them 5 stars for his prompt email to inform me if I would go ahead with the order or not. That's what I call a excellent customer service.

"Very Good Service, But Product Quality Issues."

I purchased a side blind for a Pergola. The item arrived badly scratched along full length of aluminium casing. A replacement was promptly sent, but this wasn't much better. Another replacement was to be sent, but withdrawn after staying the whole stock was damaged. Not ideal to send out stock of this quality, and makes me wonder if 3Q had purchased these as 'seconds'. That said, Charlotte at 3Q was excellent in dealing with and resolving my issues and I can't fault her.
