I have used 3Q Sports for 6 years now for sports kits, school sports equpment and workwear. I have always experienced fantastic customer service for large orders as well as small ones. Very reasonably priced quality items and the customization facility is fantastic.

We have been using 3Q Sports for over a decade now and cannot speak highly enough about the service they have provided.
The new website allows customers to know whether items are in stock or will need to be ordered from the suppliers.
Where there has been a delay, Stephen and his team have always kept me informed of the reasons and always try to offer alternatives should there be a major delay expected - delays are never due to 3Q, always due to suppliers not delivering when expected.

3Q have always been a pleasure to deal with. I’ve used 3Q whilst at 2 difference clubs now and they are always quick to respond, helpful and deliveries are always on time. At times stock is limited but this is down to the manufacturers. 3Q are always very transparent around delivery times/dates and set clear expectations. I’d recommend them.

Deserve zero stars for failing to deliver our order after 10 weeks of payment, always blaming the suppliers, taking no responsibility, continually treating me like an idiot and continually lying, and then refusing to refund our money. I was told my refund was non negotiable by the idiotic director who runs this company, the sales manager promised a full refund, then disappeared and the director was not listening to any complaints and was try to put the blame on us, so they left us no choice but to get our bank involved and apply a chargeback against 3q and get all our money back. Thanks to the uk banks protecting their customers, with the email evidence we provided our bank got our money back in no time. Their director tried to challenge the chargeback but failed. As I said, thanks to the uk banks protection and uk laws otherwise crooks like 3q and those who work there get away with stealing money from volunteering organisations like us. What goes around comes around just remember that 3q. We now use Pendle, go to Pendle and whatever you do, DO NOT handover a penny to these thieves.
