I recently had an amazing mandatory Training with Leicestershire Training team in Health and social care, where by I gained knowledge and new skills. The Training team is very friendly and knowledgeable, making the atmosphere conducive to learning. Best part of the game Kahoot it which more helpful to remember do’s and don’t about nippy also their sode effect learning with the help of card game is good and effective methods to easy to remember basic practice.

Training was about a person who has had a tracheotomy and how to best to make sure that it was cleaned and how to prevent infection.and what can cause infection. Also the reasons people have had or got a tracheotomy. And how it affects them.or has affected them.it has been a very informing training session. I think that every carer should do the training as well as nurses.and senior care staff like myself.because it's good to know how traumatic this has been for the patient and how as care staff we can understand. How the patient is feeling and try to understand how difficult this has been for them.and try to give as much support as possible.

very good training session with Chris Batty regarding manual Handling, all aspects explained knowing the difference between manual & moving also understanding the potential injuries from poor practice.
Risk assessment was explained and why this is so important within our industry and how employers can be placed in prison and their responsibilities .
