"Very good end-to-end experience and follow-up service"

We purchased integrated panels and two 5.2kW batteries so sit flush with roof tiles and so tiles removed and taken away. Looked very neat and tidy as we had hoped. Sales process was excellent- our multiple questions answered promptly, no pushy selling tactics and patient whilst we made a decision. Installation team - went well. Couple of small issues arose in first few weeks but they were very promptly addressed. I have been recommending PlanSolar to my friends - as service very good and equipment spec. at top end. Batteries and inverter sit neatly in my garage and take up very little space. Now only paying standing charge for electricity in the summer. Batteries also mean you can load up with cheap overnight electricity in winter too. So overall very satisfied and would recommend Plan Solar.

We had been thinking about fitting solar panels for ages but not knowing much about it were unsure how to proceed. Eventually we plucked up the courage and were referred to Plan Solar by the MCS (via their website). We contacted Brandon at Plan and he talked us through what we could do and provided a quote. Over the next 6 months or so he patiently answered our questions and revised the quotes until we go to a point where we were happy to proceed. The installation was completed quickly and with little disruption and we are really happy with the final result. The performance of the system has exceeded our expectations and 10 days in we are hardly drawing any power from the grid now. I have no hesitation recommending this company. Thanks in particular to Brandon but also to the rest of the team.

I must first commend plan solar for guiding us through the process, they were patient not pushy and gave a competitive quote first off. Secondly the electrician explained everything in not too much detail for the layman, he was neat and tidy. The panel installers worked admirably in atrocious weather, rain, hail , wind and snow. I dont know how they continued. Lastly, as always seems to be the case, I am finding it difficult to get anyone to return to replace a missing, broken slate and clean out the guttering of broken slate , nails etc. and to replace the guttering which they broke.

From Brandon who first talked me through the fitting procedures, Jez who came to check my property, David who rang to tell me the exact fitting date, the amazing team that fitted everything - all three of them were polite and answered any questions I asked. (Two panel fitters and an electrician)
From the first phone call till everything was fitted and up and running we only waited between two and three months.

Very please with my solar install. Lian talked through my options very well and answered my questions on a few occasions.
The install was delayed through no fault of the installers, but was kept up to date.
The day of the install was hectic, but all was completed and working by the afternoon. The installers did a great job.

Our PV installation has been operating for about 2 weeks now and has exceeded all expectations. From our initial contact with Brandon to completion of the installation was 3 months when waiting times of a year or more are common. The whole installation was stress free from start to finish and was completed and commissioned in 2 days. Gareth was on his own for the first day that Josh joined him on the second day. The result was a very neat and tidy installation using industry leading quality equipment. The Sunsynk inverter is every bit as clever as it is claimed to be. These people are first class in all respects and even have an after care team to look after you going forward.
