I recently purchased a bunch of flowers as a thanks for a friend and they were not as expected still lovely but not what I had paid for.

I complained and within hours I had a response from Freddie’s flowers, who looked into this for me. Confirmed it was an error on their part and sent me a bigger more elaborate bunch of flowers free of charge.

Absolutely would use again, they look after you if there are any errors or issues. Which is flawless given how many companies try to avoid rectifying issues at their expense. Fantastic job
