I’ve been receiving fortnightly deliveries of Freddie’s Flowers for a few years now. They always arrive on time, the flowers are beautiful & last for a couple of weeks until the next delivery!

"The first bunch was bought as a gift…"

The first bunch was bought as a gift for my Mum & she said they were nice but I never actually saw them. The 2nd delivery was awful. I followed instructions & my friend who is a florist arranged them but sadly they were dead within 2/3 days.

"Good flowers but not worth the amount…"

Good flowers but not worth the amount of spam calls you get once you leave. Literally half a dozen different numbers calling me in two days all linked to them.
I was subscribed during covid so ages ago and they haven’t left me alone!

Update since leaving review: I have had email contact from FF to say they had my mobile number on the system twice which is why I received so many calls. They have taken me off of the system, apologised and sending a complimentary bunch of flowers. Thanks Celeste for your help.

"Very disappointed!"

Very disappointed!
I signed up last week for a recurrent subscription and didn’t even receive the first delivery!
Waited in most of the day, no text, no email, no show. When I notified them I was told there’s a “glitch in the system” that the flowers can’t be delivered until mid October. Not very helpful to be honest.

"Was so disappointed but my issues were sorted"

Thank you for contacting me and putting right the issues I had. such a shame my experience wasn't great at the beginning as the flowers I've now received are so beautiful. I'm happy to try the subscription again if I can be guaranteed they always be the same.

Very disappointed the last 2 orders I had died within days, I've brought many bunches of flowers of which have still been in bloom for a few weeks after delivery or even purchased from the supermarket...
My last 2 orders looked awful as some of the flowers bloomed and the others dropped or died much quicker than others did.
When I called head office to cancel my subscription, I wasn't even offered a refund or even a fresh bunch,
I have plenty of photos for them to see as well thought this company were meant to be good since they deliver to my husband company in London. very disappointed

Second delivery from freddies flowers. The first one wasn't the greatest, however I didn't pay full price so I didn't contact them.
Received my second and last delivery today. The flowers are in a terrible state. I put them in water as soon as they arrived as per instruction on the website. However the roses received were already in full bloom and wilted!! I have seen more life in supermarket woopsies which would be a fraction of the price!!
I have emailed the company and sent pictures of what was received. I am currently waiting on their response.

Update, freddies flowers contacted me via telephone the following day and agreed the flowers were not up to the standards they would expect them to be. They have arranged for a refund and for a replacement to be sent out. I have received the replacement and the flowers were certainly in better condition. However it wasn't the same arrangement of flowers I received, I received the pink heart bouquet which I don't feel is as nice as the one I ordered, however that's just my personal taste.
Customer services have contacted me again to apologise that I didn't receive the same bouquet. I am very pleased with their swift response and their follow up customer service.

"A multi-year Client is doubly DISAPPOINTED"

Dear Freddie's Team,
(the review below is a copy of an email I just sent to your freddie address)

I am beyond ANGRY and DISAPPOINTED by the awful customer service I am experiencing due to your incompetence, or worse, malice.

I refer to the emails sent:
On the 1st August I contacted your Customer Service freddie and also left a Trustpilot review to say:
that I was very disappointed in your product, and
that I DID NOT WANT TO EVER RECEIVE any more flowers from you.
Celeste from Freddie's Flowers replied on 2nd Aug, acknowledging both my email and my Trustpilot review, and:
Confirming that the charge for flowers received on 31/07/24 was going to be reversed. and
stating: " would be happy to arrange a complimentary delivery to you when you are back. If you'd like me to do this then just let me know the date and I'll get that sorted. "
I have been away since then, therefore I did NOT reply with a suitable date to send any flowers!!
to me it was clear that my last message stood, i.e. " I really do not want to EVER receive any of your boxes from you"
therefore the account as far as I was concerned, was cancelled, or at the very least, frozen!!!
I now see from My Account records that, whilst I was away, a box was sent and I WAS CHARGED FOR (!!!!) on 3 occasions since:

28/08/24
11/09/24
On the 28th , my neighbours said there was a box on my drive, and
On the 29th August I sent ANOTHER email to freddie to confirm I WAS CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT
Yet, I was charged again for a box on the 11th September.

What is a multi-year Client to do to STOP your subscription and having money taken by your company???

I was disappointed in the quality of the flowers before - from my email to you in April 2024 - and wished to stop already then, when one of your charming Customer Sales people convinced me over the phone to give you another chance. Now, I am doubly disappointed as not only I do not want your flowers, I feel taken advantage too.

I expect a PROMPT reply to this email, a FULL REFUND of the 3 boxes I never wanted nor received (as I was away) and that you said you weren't going to send me.

Awaiting your urgent reply.
