"Wrong item received - avoid this seller"

Order was dispatched and received quickly but sadly the item I received wasn't the item I ordered and certainly didn't match the product as described on their website.

I have emailed them and after 7 days, still no response and their returns form on their website is non existent. I even messaged the seller through their Etsy store and still got no response.

I eventually had to resort to asking Paypal to claim the money back to which they quickly responded.
