The process was EASY and QUICK. They answered all questions quickly and precisely and even when chatting online vs speaking with an agent it was the same answer for the questions i had-- which is really important to me. It mean that training has been provided and there are no stones left un-turned.

"Very nice people, but a very slow process"
The call center staff has some very friendly and warm people, who obviously want to help. However, the process is extremely slow. It took me almost 5 days to be able to see my account on online banking. It has been several weeks since the account has been opened and I still cannot link my external checking account to my savings account.
I would like very much to use the account, however, the process is so slow that I almost tempted to simply close the account and find another institution that is a little more speedy in its execution.
Again, the customer service people are tremendously friendly and helpful and the institution seems very genuine, but my experience, at least at this point, has been less than stellar.

Recently, I contacted customer service and spoke to a woman named Amanda. She was polite , efficient and took care of my question . It is so wonderful and so refreshing in today,s busy world , to call a company and get a real person, not a recording ! This made such a difference to me ! God Bless everyone at Brightpeak Financial ! Keep up the great work ! They truly put customer service first , and they are very nice !
