Although we already had savings set up, I think this is a great program to help people get their emergency savings set up with great hints. I've only been working with Brightpeak financial, but no complaints so far.

I love this bank. I was referred to this bank by PennyHoader while completing a savings challenge. It was super easy to sign up for and the website and app are very easy to follow.

I was a little skeptical about opening a savings account here being that I found out about it through The Penny Hoarder facebook page. And my skepticism only grew worse when I realised I had to open some random credit account (which at first I didnt understand why) but then realised it made sense because they record your savings which helps improve your credit score if its low or establish it etc. Then yet again my skepticism grew because I had no idea how to view my account. There is no app. Theres a website. Each bit of skepticism was solved when I called the customer service number. Their agents are well trained on how to talk to people and explain little and big details. I set up a plan to save a certain amount of money, and Im glad I did because I didnt even notice it getting taken out of my account. Some days I even forget I have the account. And after a good amount of time making those deposits, not only am I saving my own money, they also add money to my account to reward me for saving. Im gkad I found this hidden treasure. I did rate it 4 stars because of the bursts of skepticism I went through. In any case, thanks Penny Hoarder 👍

From day one speaking to one of the employees of this company I felt welcome! The gentleman was very considerate got back to me in a timely matter and was very tentative. He got me set up with my phone interview and immediately following I was set up with my physical and the nurse that came out to my home was very nice also. I would most definitely recommend this company to someone else.
