"I placed an order on 23/11 which was…"

I placed an order on 23/11 which was supposed to arrive before December. It hasn’t, and the tracking only says the parcel is being prepared by the sender. This is annoying, and I doubt it will arrive. The bigger problem is what when I email I don’t get a reply and when I call I can’t get through. The one time I did manage to get through, I was told I’d receive an email update that afternoon which didn’t happen and I still can’t get through. I’m very disappointed by the customer service especially with such expensive products.

Pay on PayPal or via credit card if you're worried, but I wouldn't believe every bad review you hear. I'd say they are spot on.

After reading some of the neutral & negative reviews about Ekosport I was a bit hesitant initially to go ahead & order from them. But the item I wanted was the right size, in the colour I was after & at a good price, so I went ahead with the transaction. I have to say that the overall experience was positive, with a straightforward ordering process, good communication from the company &, considering it had to travel from France to a remote part of the Scottish Highlands, arrived in a very speedy five days. I knocked off a star, though, for their packing department putting it into a box which could have contained at least twenty of these jackets & which arrived with nearly all the seams split open. I fully expected the box to be empty but was surprised to see it still lurking in one corner of the vast space. Come on Ekosport - package up your products in appropriately sized boxes or padded envelopes & seal them securely!

I was sceptical buying from EkoSport after reading some of the reviews online but I've never experienced an easier service from selecting a product to it being delivered the same week.

Ordered on the 19th and delivered on 24th.

Black diamond Climbing skins, ARVA 5 holster and used DPD tracking.

I will certainly be using EkoSport again!

Ekosport after service is terrible.
Bought Nidecker tracer snowboard boots in januari, The heel-lock lace snapped on first use and i needed after service support. Now it is oktober.. 9 MONTHS LATER, I have returned my product several times and they still have not repaired a simple malfunction. On last repair issue ekosport lied about sending the product to NiDecker for repair, product came back still not repaired. Decided to contact NiDecker and repair distributor they confirmed that they never received my boots for repair nor was there every a spare part requested. NiDecker also confirmed that the repairs are done incorrect and with the wrong spare parts.
After everything ekosport tried to get me to do the repair somewhere else.

Ekosport is a French based webshop with websites all over europe. The .nl version of the website is completely Dutch, however contact is only in french or poor english.

Ekosport might have cheap outlet prices but it is a complete sh*tshow of a company.
Definitely do NOT buy products from their webshop

I ordered new skis boots and poles from EkoSport - order arrived within stated delivery time (a day early infact!) the skis were in beautiful condition and bindings were perfectly screwed into place.
