I bought some peonies from Flowerbx this summer and since then have been hooked! The flowers are the best quality and last so long. I had never had this experience before when buying flowers online. I now exclusively send Flowerbx as gifts to all my friends and family, on all occasions!! I cant wait to see what Christmas brings

"Impossible customer services!"
This is an impossible company to deal with and trying to speak to somebody in customer services is an unlikely event - you leave a message and a number and they don’t return your call.
I first bought some mimosa flowers back in January taking advantage of a discounted price. They had dried up by day 2-3 so it was agreed they would replace them with some freesias. These were an extra £5 but the company agreed to me not needing to pay the extra. The day of delivery I was informed that there were problems with the supplier and that I wouldn’t receive my order. Finally speaking to somebody on the phone they agreed that there would be a goodwill payment added to the sum owing and £75 would remain as a credit on my account.
Six months later I wanted to make use of this credit balance to place an order for some pale pink orchids. Wanting to access my credit balance could not be done via the website. I telephoned and left messages 3-4 times, emailed and tries to make contact with the online message point. I got messages back that I didn’t have an account or credit balance . Luckily I had retained copies of my emails but then after a few online messages they disputed what I had in my account and what had been promised on the phone - the £75. In frustration at these disingenuous messages and dealings I’ve asked for my money be refunded and communication has now ceased. No responses to phone messages leaving my details so they can return calls.
This is not the sort of service and response one experts from a company that sets itself up as a high end company selling very expensive flowers. Perhaps I’ll get a response to this posting!

I’m a bit on the fence about Flowerbx. After 3 perfect deliveries of glorious hydrangeas, the next bunch didn’t arrive. It was clear the courier was at fault - they claimed to have attempted delivery despite the tracking showing they hadn’t been within 20 miles of the address. The initial response from customer service was quite ambivalent but after a sternly worded email they did then refund and provide a new bunch. This is marketed as a premium product so that’s what I would expect - they did make it right but only with prompting. Would otherwise have been a 5 star review :-) Still would recommend and use again for a treat.
