"Very Happy Customer"

I LOVE the fact that the company send a reminder that your filter needs changing and takes you straight to your account and the item you previously ordered (saves you having to check the fridge every 6 months). Delivery has always been prompt. Very happy customer.

"Customer Service Means Everything"

To give a balanced review, I have purchased the same filters from this company since 2015, and I can state that I have never had a problem. That said I have never had to contact the company for a customer service issue until today. The filter for my Samsung fridge arrived which I duly fitted as per the process I have completed on some 8-10 times previously. Never had a problem until today. It was quite apparent that the filter had a faulty o ring seal and water was leaking rapidly from the filter housing. What followed was a fairly unpleasant clean up process having to empty the fridge, pull it out from where it is housed in order to mop up all the leaked water. Somewhat of an inconvenience if I'm to be honest, but these things happen. I quickly established that it was a faulty o ring by swapping it with the filter I had removed. The leak stopped. What caused me the most concern was the experience I encountered when contacting Pozzani to inform them of my tribulations. I initially spoke to a female who put me on hold for a while and then answered again and said 'We have never had a problem before, we'll send some more o rings out if you require'. When questioning further, the female put me on to a male who gave his name as Steve. It was apparent from the off that Steve was in my opinion quite arrogant and dismissive of my issue, repeating that they sell lots of the filters and have never had a problem. As mentioned earlier, I have never had a problem, but on this occasion I did. He repeated that he would send some new o rings out but that didn't particularly excite me given that I would need to change the filter again. I had thought that a goodwill gesture of a future discount on a subsequent order may have been appropriate, but he categorically refused. When mentioning that I would include my experience in a review, Steve decided that he would send out a new filter and the old one would need to be returned for inspection. He spoke over me whilst I was trying to explain what had happened and his demeanour was generally unhelpful. The conversation wasn't pleasant hence why I have felt it necessary to write this review. Had I been offered a small discount on a subsequent purchase to appease me for the endeavour I had just had I would have been happy but this was not to be. I am aware that I can source the exact same filter considerably cheaper from an alternative supplier, just a simple internet search on filter logic, and this is what I will do in future. I have also been invoiced for a FilterLogic FL-293G priced at £18.48 which is what I ordered. I have been sent a FilterLogic FFL-180S, priced at £15.39. Both prices are excluding delivery. There is no mention of this on my invoice and no refund included for the £3.09 difference, which seems a little deceitful. Customer service means everything.

Excellent company. Been using them for 10+ years never any issues with their service or products, always super quality products that do exactly what they’re meant to. Love the volume discounts and great initial pricing. Quick and cheap shipping to me here in Greece too...can’t ask for more really

"Great company to deal with."

I have used Pozzani for my filters etc for many years and always find the prices and service to be excellent. Today I had a problem with one of the newly delivered filters caused in transit. Pozzani immediately sent out a replacement, first class post and with no charge (plus profuse apologies). Can't recommend the company and their products / service highly enough.
