I recently ordered the Teaching Phonics Level 3.
I'm finding it really interesting to do thankyou The Teachers Training. By doing this course it is going to help with my new job I start in September as a Teaching Assistant.

I really enjoyed the Diploma course I studied for. When the PDF certificate came through there was something I wanted to change on it as I hadn't filled out the course details properly and only realised this afterwards, they were quick responding to my email and got it organised for me to have another certificate sent ASAP. Thankyou I will definitely book another course very soon

Wrong details on certificate and course transcript and they say they train the teachers lord help us
Course out of date and sounded like robot these sort of courses was out in the early 90s
Not for me quality isn't at the best but maybe OK for other learners

More time should be given to request refunds. Maybe a month.

Some of the Videos are of substandard quality and the voice over is dull and boring and puts one off from learning.

Revamp your courses and make them interesting. Keep them affordable so many people can access them, because your competition, surprisingly, is far better than your organisation.
