Getting a lot of spam from your company - namely a chap called Hussain who is using our website contact form!

Despite unsubscribing keep being spamed by them. They go to company contact forms and repopulate it with the same SPAM message.

First red flag, their company address is a serviced office.
Second red flag no company listed at Companies House called The Teachers Training
Third red flag website does not show which company you are transacting with which is a requirement under UK Business law...

I purchased a block of courses for online teaching, of the 7 courses included 5 of them were the same course re-worked and given a different name, these 5 courses were more about marketing than they were teaching and the affiliate links to Amazon products were shameless. I could not recommend these courses to anybody who genuinely wants to learn about online teaching.

"Avoid, poor."
Attempted an L3 pttlls course. I completed it in full with a 15 min video as initially stated in the system. They then decided as COVID had gone away, to change this video requirement to 1 hour without informing me.
Asked for refund, refused—poor communication, poor use of English. The online web portal is horrid and won't allow you to upload all assessments and charges you for doing so (after the course has been paid for).
Frankly, they've wasted my time after I put much effort into my work.
I will not be using them again—they are awful company.
Update, 10/1, despite the response beneath, still no contact from you. I don't accept your reasons for changing an academic course without notice. If this were the case in mainstream education, there would be protests. So Im asking for a full refund for this reason.

Needed support to ensure that a number of colleagues were able to complete the course due to a mistake when purchasing the course. Customer services helped me quickly and politely solve the problem.

"SENCO course"
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for the opportunity to take the SENCO course. It was useful and interesting.
But I am highly disappointed by the system, which was frozen. The problem occurred when I pressed the button to submit the final exam' results. I answered all the questions, few of them were wrong (as a proof I had screenshots), but not all as the system presented at the end. At this point I should have contacted immediately the Help Desk. Wrongly I thought that to get final exam’ results there is only one solution to pay for retake, but the system did not see the receipt, the proof of payment. So, I wrote a letter to the Help Desk. This team was collaborative and helpful, moreover, they offered me some great option which I took gladly.
I give five stars for customer service!
