"Came quicker than expected"

Came quicker than expected. Platform bed was fairly straightforward to assemble...and the mattress 'unrolling' went just fine.

Only improvement would have been white glove service...manhandling my OLD mattresses was the toughest part!

My Leesa box arrived with one of the ends open. Box could not handle such a heavy item during transport. Not sure if paperwork came with the product since the box was open.

Website said our mattress would be ready and shipped in a couple days. Huge delays with no communication from the company. Called for an update and they were unable to give one. If you need a mattress by a certain date, you’re better off with a company that can guarantee a delivery date.

It was great, very fast shipping, and Leesa products are wonderful. The platform base was easy to assemble by myself without any tools.

"Two Missing Pillows"

I was supposed to receive two free pillows in addition to the twin mattress. But didn’t get any. I feel disappointed and deceived.
