"30 day money back is a pain"
Price was good and delivery was fairly quick. However, I didn't have a great experience with their 30 day money back guarantee (incorrect mask size). I've tried contacting twice through their website with no response. My expectation is that they'll likely get back to me after it's too late to return the product.
Probably could sit in their phone queue or go to their physical location, but it's a lot of hassle for a guarantee they plaster on their site.

Always good quality.
The only problem I had was I purchaced a aF20 mask for my Resmed airmini . Then I had to purchase a hose adapter and different filters. The cost became very high.
Maybe you could sell the masks in a package eg Mask hose adapters and filters. it also might keep the price down..
