"As smooth as oil!"

Been using Southern Fuels for quite a few years now. I always shop around to see what the current price per litre is and have consistently found Southern Fuels either cheaper or in the same ball park. What makes them stand out though is their helpfulness and very speedy delivery (usually the same week you order). Drivers are always friendly and very mindful of your property.

We’ve ordered a 1093l but delivery was 1400l so from £600 the bill was nearly £1000. Company was reluctant to assist with this matter and decided that it wasn’t fault on their side even that I’ve got confirmation order with amount stated clearly. There is no one that is able to take responsibility for what happened and issue payment plan. Greedy company

Delivery was made early on Saturday morning when everyone was still asleep. Driver opened gate, drove down the drive delivered the oil, drove out, shut the gate and we were none the wiser. Very impressed with the thoughtfulness of the driver. A good and reliable local company.

Delivery was very good and easy. Ordering through the website was quick and easy. Would be five stars if not for the fact I received an email from the company the day after placing my order with a money off offer with the restriction of being used with in 2 weeks which is totally impractical and nonsensical.

Ordered non urgent delivery with estimated date given. Order arrived two days before that with a notification send a day beforehand. We were in bed still that morning but the kerosene was put into the tank and the receipt put in the letterbox without any fuss. Thanks Southern fuels for a great service

I ordered on be half of the AGA kerosene the weekend .. Opted for non urgent delivery and arrived the following Thursday .. Advised me day before of the delivery .. Excellent service from the delivery driver considering the full run of hose was needed … quick and speedy service . This my 4th delivery from Southern Fuels and my AGA is most content 😌👍
