"Just had my car wrapped with the team"

Just had my car wrapped with the team. I arranged with Mustafa to have my car collected from the dealership and taken to GVE’s new dedicated wrapping unit which I had a tour of prior to booking with them. Mustafa took the time to go through an array of colour samples and even was able to give some fantastic recommendations. Super happy with the result, thanks to the GVE team.

From my first contact with GVE (George specifically) I can't praise them enough.

George was a dream to work with and always there if I had a query regarding my purchase and the car was ready and prep'd with in a day of me first making contact.

I'll definitely be using these guys again.

Massive Thank you George and all the team at GVE for an excellent service on purchasing my first super Car pulling out all the stops making sure everything was perfect would highly recommend, it the only place I’ll be going in the future.

"Poor communication with repair to my…"

Poor communication with repair to my vehicle after accident. Had to push for information weekly. Just under two months later I am having my car washed and am told my front number plate is missing! No surprises there. GVE replaced my front number plate in a rush just before pick up with VELCRO! Come on guys- you need lessons in how to secure a number plate now?

I am now driving with number plate on dashboard in Nov- still awaiting GVE to fix matters

"AVOID BUYING FROM THESE SCAMMERS"

AVOID BUYING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I purchased a Mercedes wheel hub which was never sent, I made several calls and emails to GVE London, it turned out they had sold it elsewhere and if I wanted another one I would need to pay an EXTRA £62.81. I have been asking for a refund for a week, they claim they can’t do because it comes up with an error message. I have again called GVE London’s showroom to speak to directly, they never call back. I have now had to open a despite with eBay to get a refund. (Interesting soon after I posted this review I got a refund being processed from GVE London, despite them saying they couldn't because of an error message)

20/06/2024 GVE tell Trust Pilot this isn't them, here is one of their several ebay messages to me. GVE London, would you like me to publish all of them if you want to dispute it's you???

"Seller’s message: 'Hi, I have tried refunding the amount but there is an error message that keeps coming up. I am extremely sorry about the inconvenience that this has caused you. I can supply you with a brand new on from Mercedes but that would be 172.80 inc vat. Kind regards, GVE London"

Thursday 6th August 2024, I have yet again had an email from Trust Pilot suggesting GVE don’t know about this and can I provide further information, GVE if you keep pushing this issue I will publish all your messages from WhatsApp and messenger, here’s the last one from (GVE have complained the staff members name was used so I will abbreviate as A***a) perhaps NOW you remember??

I’m reaching out from the customer support team here at GVE London. I did try to catch you on your mobile but couldn’t get through so I thought this would be the next best option!

Firstly, I’d just like to apologise for the service you have received to date. This does not reflect our high standards that we set across the business whether it be in sales, detailing, servicing, Bodyshop, wrapping or in parts.

I would like to assist in turning this negative experience into a positive one. To do this, would it be possible to arrange a phone call with yourself to get to the bottom of this?
