First time hiring a dress for a wedding and it was an amazing experience. I ordered two dresses for options however before sending one Lottie noticed it wasn’t in good condition so sent me out one even more beautiful and kept me updated on the situation throughout. Lottie is so attentive and there to help with any concerns. Everyone loved my dress and it was great getting to wear something I wouldn’t have been able to afford brand new. Will 10000% be using this service again.

This was the first time I ever hired a dress for an event and it was a great experience. I found the exact dress I'd been looking for and ordered it for four days. It arrived well ahead of time and Lottie even put a second dress in the order free of charge as she had noticed a tiny imperfection inside the dress I ordered. Any communication was answered within the hour and she was very kind and helpful. I will absolutely use this website again, couldn't have been happier.
