What an amazing service! From the start to the end, we had a great experience with the team to arrange our trip from Paris to London. This was our first trip with our dog and we were quite nervous about the documents and the overall trip admin. Thanks to the staff at the pet transport, we had a smooth and pleasant journey. Our driver Usman was very polite and professional. Great Serice! Highly recommend it to anyone who is planning to travel with their pet to o the EU or vs versa.

I can not explain in words what a smooth journey they made for us even our cats were so calm, comfortable and happy! What a fantastic service! Right from the beginning, the service was quick to answer any questions I had about the trip. On the date of travel, my fiancé and I were picked up directly from our hotel and taken all the way to Folkestone safely. Usman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the trip, helping to put our minds at ease, and he didn't mind us letting our cat out of his crate. Had the world's longest mix up with health certificates, rabies vaccines, etc but UK and Europe Pet Taxi was with me all the way. Unfortunately, when we had our mixup the driver couldn't stay, but the team immediately found me a backup plan, driver, helped me work through the troublesome pet documents and successfully got me into the UK with minimal issues the second time around Highly recommend their service and please make sure to always check your documents; maybe even send it to them to review if you have any questions or concerns.
