The service was very thorough, and they had everything you could need on a trip with your pets. Usman gave us cat dry food and snacks, even bought us coffee out of his own dime, and also noticed I had a cough so gave me strepsis medicine. Getting into the UK with pets requires a few different stops at the border, and it was convenient to have Usman know exactly where to go and what to do. Would def recommend.
