Carefulness: The team handled all of my belongings with incredible care. Fragile items were expertly packed, and nothing was damaged or misplaced during the move.

Very good experience, swift and professional from communication to removal. Everything is well organized. I made a big blunder at the beginning of the move, affecting the schedule. But the team was very responsive, dealt with everything in a calm and professional manner. Everything after that was smooth and swift, going perfectly as planned. I really appreciate their help and understanding, and would like to extend my gratitude and apologies. It was a very good experience overall.

This company is top notch professional. They handled my entire service extremely well from start to finish. Very thorough and transparent during the pre-move process and extremely efficient and helpful throughout.
The movers were fantastic and super fast. They didn't break a glass and the crew team leader went above and beyond during our whole move-out/move-in experience. They definitely made it stress free for us and I cannot recommend them enough. Over five star service!

Alexander’s were absolutely fantastic. I can highly recommend this company and I will use them again. Justyna, was outstanding in explaining the move and answering any questions very promptly. Callie covered Justyna when she was away and she was absolutely brilliant too. They operate as a very effective team and are all so helpful. Justyna's knowledge and expertise were invaluable and made the whole process go smoothly.

The moving crew were all lovely and so polite. They were punctual and worked efficiently, taking great care with the items and packing them brilliantly.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and the lift was out of order so with 8 flights of stairs the guys worked a relay system up and down. It was endless but they did it so efficiently and without any complaint, it was impressive!

My customer service representative, Justyna, was outstanding in explaining the move. She was kind, thorough, patient, effective, and incredibly helpful. Despite the short notice, Justyna managed to arrange our moving day on the weekend seamlessly. Justyna's knowledge and expertise were invaluable in planning my move, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

The moving crew was also punctual and worked efficiently, taking great care to protect my belongings with packing materials.

My experience with Alexander’s has been excellent from start to finish. From Tony first coming out to provide a quote, to Callie being assigned my Move Manager and then Robin and his team coming to pack and move. The customer service and follow up from Callie is fantastic - she is incredibly responsive, helpful and answers all your questions to ensure you feel comfortable and reassured. Robin and his team (including Marius) are incredible too - polite, efficient and so fast at what they do.

"Amazing and professional service"

Alexanders provided a seemless and fantastic service. The communication from the office was really fast and clear (Justyna), which helped us to feel at ease about the whole process. The removal team were brilliant, so organised, really efficient and asked questions to ensure we were happy with the loading and unloading of items. Our team included Alveras, Lambi, Louis and Jonny, who each worked so hard and we would highly recommend. Thanks for such a positive expereince.
