Chris and the moving team were brilliant . Such nice guys who went above and beyond when we had more stuff than expected for the move. I had an expensive bed from overseas which they handled and moved with great care. I had no anxiety with this moving team. Sadly, I cant say the same about the administration team at Alexanders who I had to chase up on the booking & who messed up the timings on the day.

Very quick, efficient, friendlly, hardworking and helpful movers (Robin, Geo and Marius). Head office were also helpful in providing boxes and packing equipment and accomodating several changes to our move date. Would reccommend!

The survey was thorough and very clear in everything that would be included. The methodical approach to assessing what would be needed was great. The communications from Callie in the office was timely and always supportive and useful.

Finally the onsite movers were friendly, very caring with our posessions and completely filled us with confidence.

I could not recommend Alexanders highly enough. They took a lot of the stress out of moving house and did so with care and attention throughout.

We recently (August 2024) used Alexanders to pack up all our items and move from one London address to another, with an additional pick-up on the way. We had an excellent service from start to finish with Alexanders, especially from Robin (the foreman on the job), Tomasz and Geo over the packing and moving days.

The team were professional, punctual, polite, and highly effective and efficient in packing up our items safely, moving them and then placing them at our new address over two days.
