"Lack of information after you place your order"

I haven't received any information after the order was placed 8 days ago. I went to the chat, and it took years for someone to reply even with the "Green response immediately" message. After I told him my order number, I waited too long, and ask if should i go or wait....did not reply back and I close the chat.

Contacted customer service via email and never heard back. I am returning the items and contacting my credit card company to obtain my funds back as there has been no communication.
