Our previous APC unit worked for 7 years through many outages. I needed a replacement to protect my computing equipment and I wanted it fast. They shipped it directly to me and sent a return label to send my old unit back for proper battery disposal. It arrived in less that 24 hours. Set-up was easy. The new unit (the new APC Back-UPS Pro UPS model BR1500MS2) is supposed to run more that twice as long as my old one. Definitely have bookmarked Customnetworks.net for future purchases.
