With a new semester looming and being on vacation, my window to address recent issues became very narrow. From one text to Jan Morabe at APC, I was connected with Moiz Bhindarwala and my issue was resolved within the afternoon. Three days later my gear arrived well in time for my return to campus. I was also taken by the friendliness of Moiz and quick accessibility of his response. Thanks Moiz for allowing me to enjoy the rest of my vacation!

I needed some hard-to-find items that Custom Networks had in stock (uninterruptable power supplies). I spoke to a person who was polite and took the time to explain why I might choose certain models over others. After ordering, the items arrived quickly and in great condition, despite being very heavy items. Based on the documentation, it doesn't seem they sat on the shelf for very long (which important for batteries). Thank you Custom Networks!

"Never had such a great customer service…"

Never had such a great customer service experience as I had with Moiz Bhindarwala at Custom Networks. Called him on a Sunday, he actually answered the phone and did what he could to help me repair my UPS, then advised me to call the manufacturer's IT support on Monday, and then called me Tuesday morning to make sure everything had been fixed. Who does that these days? I will certainly give Moiz and Custom Networks my business in the future. A real pleasure working with him.
