Sono stato liquidato per quanto dovuto, anche se sono serviti mesi.
Lieto fine, ma travagliato.
La mia opinione globale è migliorata adesso.
GlobeLink si affida a un'agenzia esterna per le liquidazioni, la Collinson Group.
Nel mio caso Collinson sta facendo di tutto per non pagare ciò che mi devono da mesi.
Si tratta di un banale rimborso ordinario e ovviamente documentato molto bene.
L'ultima scusa è che "non riusciamo ad aprire il file ZIP con i documenti.
Questa loro difficoltà l'ho scoperta solo dopo settimane di silenzio.
Insomma, se è per loro, il documento non si apre, quindi pazienza, mica ti chiedono di inviarne un altro.
Mi viene il sospetto che Collinson o i suoi impiegati abbiano qualche motivazione o o incentivo a non semplificare le cose ai clienti e dunque a non liquidare.
🚫 NON comprerei più l'assicurazione di viaggio con loro.

Having made a claim in Feb 2020 settlement has not been successful yet. It has been approved by Rightpath their claims dept, but the hospital is still waiting and now I am having letters and phone calls from a debt
recovery company..Really out of order.

Further to my 'Read the Small Print ' review I am not impressed with Globelink as I sent them an email and they haven't even responded. Seems they also are as bad as Collinson, SQ and KLM. The lack of response clearly indicates they don't want to refund monies owed. The delay tactics have started from the on-set. Stick well clear everybody to all the above mentioned companies.
