Fairly easy to manoeuvre around the system and pretty straightforward

Egregi signori, purtroppo non potete e non dovete scaricare solo le responsabilità su collinson che sicuramente hanno la colpa per come stanno gestendo la pratica, però di fatto io il contratto l’ho stipulato con voi ed a voi e’ stato pagato, quindi ne siete responsabili di questa gestione in egual misura. Sarei grata di avere notizie certe entro oggi.

"Easy to book on-line"

Easy to book on-line, very efficient, competitive rates for me with existing medical condition, which is of course excluded from cover. (£65 compared to other quotes of over £1300). Didn't need to make any claim so can't comment on that.

Fast and efficient. We bought two travels insurance policy but for some reasons, these policies were issued/insured under the same name. The customer service solved our problem and everything was taken care within 1 hour! Impressive and truly recommended to use their service.

Good for me as it was the only insurance I could currently find that would cover me with incurable cancer, by discounting the cancer. However I found it was cheaper not to do a couple annual insurance with Globelink but to get my 72 year old husband covered with another insurer

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST"

I opened a claim for a refund for a cancellation of a trip on FEBRUARY 2022 due to a health emergency of my fiancée who traveled with me.
More than 3 months have already passed ,and still I didn't got my money back , and not even a real response from the insurer regarding my claim, only excuses and delays.
"your claim is in finalizing process" - this is the answer I got more than a month ago.
"your claim is waiting for approval" - this is the response I got last week.

it's funny how when you buy the insurance policy, the company takes your money in a heartbeat, but to get money from them, or even just simple answers takes forever.

I definitely won't recommend them even to my worst enemies, and of course I won't even consider to work with them again in the future.
