I recently purchased the Optimum 600M cold press juicer from Froothie, and while the product initially had an issue (the base unit arrived with scratches), I was incredibly impressed with the way their customer service team handled the situation.

Victoria from Froothie responded to my concern promptly and offered an excellent resolution. They arranged for a replacement base unit to be sent immediately and encouraged me to use the current one in the meantime so I wouldn't be without a juicer. To top it off, they also issued a £50 Froothie credit as an apology for the inconvenience.

I also appreciated the thoughtful follow-up question about whether the box arrived damaged, which shows their attention to detail and commitment to understanding and addressing potential issues.

It’s rare to find companies that handle problems with such efficiency, generosity, and care for their customers. Froothie turned a disappointing moment into a great customer service experience, and I feel confident recommending them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent support.
